There are many things to discover while wandering through the forest to collect the base for our jam, the wild berries: From carnivorous plants and curative herbs to tracks of animals. Here in the “Ronja” – forest, while looking for all the blueberries, lingonberries and cloudberries, there are many stories to tell. And maybe, if we are lucky, we will also see a troll, gnome or goblin.
With all the berries we collected in the forest, we then will go back to our cosy tent and cook our jam over a naked fire and, needless to say, taste it with fresh, delicious waffles.
Then we will bottle our magic jam in jam jars so that you can remember this unforgettable day at your breakfast table at home, too.
